About me
I have been delivering high quality professional development for leaders, classroom practitioners, trainees and ECTs for over 20 years. I am a Chartered Science Teacher (CSciTeach) and have been involved with ASE for many years, most recently as curriculum drafter for the new National Curriculum programme of study for teaching in England from September 2028. I have co-authored ‘100 ideas for Primary Teachers – Science’ from Bloomsbury and have had a lead role in the author team for the SNAP science framework from Collins. I am a development lead and professional learning partner for Primary Science Quality Mark (PSQM) and a fellow of the Primary Science Teaching Trust (PSTT) I work full time with many diverse roles as a freelance primary science consultant including as a Primary trainer for The Ogden Trust. In my spare time, I run My Science Club Ltd with co-founder and director, Paul Tyler. My Science Club is a digital membership resource for educators to run their own high quality science club in their own setting.
