About me
I am a Primary Consultant at CLEAPSS. CLEAPSS are the practical work people, promoting safe and effective practical work in schools and colleges that are teaching pupils from reception (age 4-5) up to age 18.
In addition to my work as a Primary Consultant for CLEAPSS, I am also a PSQM Professional Development Partner, a Lead Facilitator for STEM Learning, and chair of the ASE Yorkshire Regional Committee. In my role as an independent consultant and author, I have worked with a wide range of organisations, including Cambridge International, the University of Leeds, Oak National Academy and the Academy of Singapore Teachers. She has also authored a book, ‘Wow! But Why?’ which aims to help primary teachers deliver ‘wow moments’ in science that lead to real, meaningful learning.
